Description

• The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will lead integrated marketing strategy execution. • Develop and execute marketing programs including inbound and account-based marketing. • Own cross-departmental relationships with the sales team. • Analyze data from various sources to evaluate campaign impacts. • Create a content distribution strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Requirements

Experience with data analysis and generating actionable insights. • Goal-Oriented: Able to stay focused on key performance metrics and contribute to company revenue goals through effective demand generation strategies. • Project Management Skills: Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in demand generation, marketing automation, and customer acquisition strategies in contact center outsourcing. • Expertise in Segmentation, Personalization, and A/B Testing: Extensive experience designing and executing tests and personalized campaigns to improve conversion rates and audience engagement. • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication: Ability to develop compelling messaging and content for various channels and audiences, with attention to detail and creativity. • Independent Worker: Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in: HubSpot, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Monday.com for marketing automation, CRM, and project management. • Experience using Canva for visual content creation and Geofenced Ads, Google Ads, and GA4 for paid media management and tracking. • Familiarity with Gen-AI tools like Jasper and ChatGPT for content generation and optimization.
