Description

• Identify and develop advanced Python scripting use cases through cross-functional sessions • Develop robust Python scripts to automate data processes • Provide expert consulting services to internal teams and external clients • Implement Platform scripting solutions that ensure efficient deployment and operation • Collaborate with product teams to guide product feature design • Promote knowledge sharing and skills development in the Workiva community • Create detailed documentation for implemented scripts and system architectures • Generate insightful metrics to evaluate solution efficiency and scalability of solutions in place

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing data management solutions • Experience working with business stakeholders, application partners, and product managers to gather data requirements • Extensive experience in Python scripting, automation, and data manipulation for building scalable workflows • Experience executing APIs using SOAP and REST protocols through scripting • Familiarity with the Workiva Platform • Programming experience in Python libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib • Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and Data analytics platforms/services • Experience with API management tools, Middleware & Data integration/ETL platforms, and databases (SQL, NoSQL)
