Description
• Write copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts with quality assurance • Develop and deliver courses including online, hybrid, and face to face • Research instructional design theories and tools, emerging technologies, and concepts • Integrate instructional technologies into programs, including graphics, illustrations, activities, case studies, and simulations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of related experience in Instructional Design • Familiarity with learning management platforms and content creation tools • Experience with developing globalized content • Experience supporting sales organizations from an instructional design lens • Cloud SaaS, banking, or financial services industry experience (preferred) • Proven expertise in designing self-guided and instructor-led development solutions that scale • Ability to translate client expectations and needs into learning deliverables • Awareness of MEDDPICC qualification methodology
