Senior Value Consultant - Strategy and Operations, ESG & Sustainability

Description
• Develop a deep and broad understanding of our customers’ unmet ESG reporting needs and size of the market, drive key insights and own analysis to support business cases • Support prioritization, project management and execution from discovery to market testing • Research current and upcoming disclosure regulation (e.g. CSRD, SEC climate rule, IFRS, etc.) • Collaborate with product and solutioning team to ideate on and test value proposition of concepts and prototypes • Collaborate with marketing to design go-to-market plans, messaging and positioning • Collaborate with sales enablement team to design, create and lead training for sales teams • Collaborate with sales teams to reinforce our value proposition and collect feedback from the market • Collaborate with partnership teams to engage our consulting, advisory and technology partner ecosystem
Requirements
• Requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, product management or at a high-growth technology company • Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree; or 2 years and a PhD • Exposure to ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and regulations (CSRD, SEC) • Experience researching customers’ unmet needs, and testing new ideas and offerings in the market • Experience working in an ambiguous, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Experience collaborating with and influencing different functions in an organization • Desire to lead change in organizations • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to research, analyze, and succinctly report data
