Description
• The Solution Development Consultant is a key member of Workiva's Growth Solution team. • This team creates innovative solutions on the Workiva platform, driving commercial growth and customer satisfaction. • You’ll work cross-functionally with various teams to strategically build solutions, gather feedback, and use insights to guide ongoing solution development. • Organize, design, and iterate on solution architectures for decarbonization, climate, and sustainability outcomes using the Workiva platform. • Develop a deep understanding of Workiva’s products to align platform capabilities with diverse client needs and evolving regulatory standards.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience with carbon emissions accounting and techniques (Greenhouse Gas Protocol) • Undergraduate degree or equivalent career experience • Hands-on experience with complex software platforms, SaaS, cloud technologies, or data architectures • Experience in advisory, reporting, and/or technical implementation services for broader sustainability management topics • Experience working with external implementation partners • Enhanced technology knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Self-motivated, with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in business processes • 25% Travel for customer and internal meetings
Benefits
• Salary range in the US: $111,000.00 - $178,000.00 • A discretionary bonus typically paid annually • Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire • 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
