•As an Account Executive in our SMB segment, you’ll drive impact by managing a high volume of inbound leads with a dash of outbound outreach. You’ll: •Showcase Workleap’s solutions, aligning our suite of products to meet client needs. •Build and nurture lasting client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. •Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate the customer experience. •Keep CRM data sharp and clean, ensuring seamless communication and data integrity.
•Sales Expertise: 2-3 years in an SMB AE or similar role, ideally within SaaS or HRTech. You have a proven track record of closing high-volume deals and hitting targets. •Driven and Resilient: Self-motivated, competitive, and unshaken by challenges. You thrive in fast-paced environments. •Relationship Builder: You know how to build trust and maintain it throughout the sales cycle. •Adaptable and Quick Learner: Naturally curious and quick to master multi-product solutions, adjusting strategies as needed. •Consultative Sales Approach: Skilled in consultative techniques, you position products as tailored solutions. •Organized and Efficient: You’re great at managing multiple leads and tasks without losing focus on CRM hygiene. •Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred). •Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re eager to take ownership of your pipeline, hitting quarterly and annual goals.
