• À titre de Gestionnaire senior, Design de produit & UX, tu définis la vision du design pour ShareGate. • ShareGate simplifie la gestion de Microsoft 365. • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit, ingénierie et interfonctionnelles. • Assurer une stratégie alignée sur les objectifs d’affaires et l’impact client. • Renforcer la maturité du design en intégrant la recherche et l’expérimentation.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ ans d’expérience en design de produit, ainsi qu’au moins 5 ans en leadership et mentorat d’équipes. • Diplôme en design, HCI, facteurs humains ou expérience équivalente. • Capacité avérée à stimuler l’excellence en design. • Expertise approfondie en exécution du design produit. • Solide sens des affaires avec expérience dans l’alignement de la stratégie design aux objectifs commerciaux. • Excellentes compétences en communication et storytelling. • Expérience dans la scalabilité et la gestion d’équipes de design performantes. • Vision stratégique avec un leadership fort.
