📋 Description

• Clinical Counselor role supporting psychological health and resilience of clients • Work remotely providing one-on-one and group coaching • Develop and implement psychological health plans • Facilitate training sessions on well-being and resilience • Create methods to evaluate program success

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counselling or Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work • Licensed to provide counseling services in the state of Florida • Minimum of three years post-graduate client/patient-facing clinical experience, including supervised practice • Proven experience in providing one-on-one care and designing/delivering group-based interventions • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks • Empathetic, approachable, and able to build trust with employees • Knowledge of best practices in psychological health and resilience training • Proficient in using video conferencing tools, Microsoft Office
