Description

• Assist Academic/Admissions Counselors with administrative and operational tasks. • Populate and maintain Google Sheets with data for school selection. • Manage and update databases for student opportunities. • Proofread student applications to ensure accuracy and quality before submission. • Manage and create Google Forms for data collection and feedback. • Innovate and implement efficient processes for academic-related operations. • Manage and oversee CRM operations using Hubspot. • Assist with additional Hubspot functionalities, including workflows, sequences, email marketing, and data analytics. • Support the founder/CEO with administrative and operational tasks as required. • Handle accounts revenue tasks such as invoicing and revenue tracking. • Perform QuickBooks operations, including managing accounts receivable/payable, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage students, parents, and stakeholders. • Develop targeted email sequences and workflows in Hubspot. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results. • Develop creative and engaging content for various platforms, including email, social media, and blogs. • Collaborate with the team to design materials that reflect the organization's mission and values. • Proofread and edit content to ensure consistency and quality. • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prioritize tasks for the team. • Ensure databases are updated and organized for easy access and use. • Assist in planning and executing internal projects and initiatives. • Perform other duties as assigned to support academic and operational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administrative, operational, or academic support roles. • Experience in email marketing and CRM management, particularly with Hubspot. • Strong proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms), Microsoft Office, and Hubspot CRM. • Experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, and revenue tracking. • Graphic design or content creation skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Ability to write and edit content professionally. • Creativity in content creation and a flair for engaging storytelling. • Familiarity with email marketing best practices and tools. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize processes. • Background in education, admissions, or academic operations.
