Kin is changing home insurance, seeking a Senior Manager, Actuarial Pricing. This role combines actuarial expertise and analytical skills to ensure rate adequacy and pricing strategy. Manage actuarial pricing team, oversee methodologies and collaborate with insurance product team. Drive automation with tech team, while fostering innovative actuarial methods.
🎯 Requirements
FCAS (exam 6 [US]) Experience working in catastrophe prone geographies 10+ years experience in homeowners actuarial pricing At least 3 years directly managing actuarial teams Experience responding to DOI requests Proficient in excel Experience preparing rate filings
