• Beantwortung eingehender Anfragen über die verfügbaren Kontaktkanäle (Telefon, E-Mail, Chat) • Monitoring anstehender Buchungen und Nachbearbeitung von Kundenanfragen bei fehlenden Buchungsinformationen • Platzieren und Verwalten neuer Buchungen in unserem System • Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Aufgaben, um eine reibungslose Abholung für unsere Kunden zu gewährleisten
