• WorldatWork is a global not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving, educating, and inspiring those who reward and engage the workforce. • The role will support the development and enhancement of educational content and materials for certification, immersion, and skill-building courses. • Collaborate with external subject matter experts and internal teams to ensure accuracy, engagement, and consistency across learning experiences. • Expertise in content creation, curriculum development, and project management is essential to support WorldatWork’s mission to advance the profession of Total Rewards.
• Experience in relevant fields such as Education, Curriculum Design, Learning and Development, or Related Fields. • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Minimum of three years of experience in learning content creation, curriculum development, or similar roles in an educational or professional development setting. • Experience in creating and managing educational content and curriculum materials. • Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices in content and curriculum development. • Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. • Strong proofreading, editing, and fact-checking skills to maintain high-quality content. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) with familiarity in Azure, Canvas, Zoom, and Adobe tools. • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently.
