• Are you ready to unleash your full potential? • We’re looking for people who are passionate about transforming how Worldpay moves money for our customers. • You will be working within the Product Management function, which builds and maintains best-in-class products, capabilities, and services to support our global customers. • As a Senior Product Manager – Payment Optimization, you will be responsible for ideating and owning the build and integration of new solutions and capabilities into our payment optimization proposition. • You will have deep knowledge of global payment solutions and customer needs, paired with 3+ years of Product Management experience. • The Checkout Optimization team is responsible for developing our global payment optimization product proposition, a.k.a. Revenue Boost, one of Worldpay’s top strategic priorities. • Our vision is to maximize merchants’ acceptance at lowest possible cost through data science and machine learning. You will be central to this vision.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex technical detail and aggregate key points in a direct, impactful manner for non-technical and executive audiences. • 5 years + Product Management experience. • You place the customer at the heart of every decision you make. • Ability to clearly document and communicate product, technical and business requirements. • Deep knowledge of payment ecosystem and industry trends. • Ability to integrate change into complex operational/technical environments. • Strong negotiation, organization, analytical, collaboration and people skills. • Be tenacious in your goals, insatiably curious for knowledge and passionate for celebrating success.
