Description

• Plan and execute PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops. • Ensure alignment and collaboration across multiple Agile teams within the ART. • Manage Risks and Dependencies: Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery. • Lead and coach Scrum masters and product owners: Help identify and ensure consistent practices across multiple teams within the ART. • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive process enhancements. • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including Product Management, Development Management, System Architects, and Business Owners. • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on ART performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management or a similar role. • Proven experience in managing large-scale Agile projects and Release Trains. • Certifications: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or other relevant Agile certifications. • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of software development practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile scaling frameworks. • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills. • Ability to manage conflicts and drive consensus. • Experience with Broadcom PPM tooling, especially Rally and Clarity data models, and integration opportunities.
