Description

•Support customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair. •Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites. •Respond to internal and external customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade, and preventive maintenance activities. •Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. •Ensures customer satisfaction by advising on preventive maintenance and configurations. •Proactively responds to potential equipment or software issues. •Serves as an internal resource on technical issues and manages product escalations. •Collaborates with Agilent teams to provide solutions to customers. •May deliver internal technical training and maintenance seminars. •Must consent to meet Agilent approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements.

Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. •Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required. •Minimal to no prior relevant work experience.
