Description

• Understand the Company strategy, market, industry, and client goals and apply this understanding to assigned product space to create a product strategy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals and delivery phases with overall business objectives. • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement, with a focus on seamless integration into our business by working closely with development leads to prioritize features and improvements based on customers and market needs. • Stay informed about industry trends, market demands and competitor activities within the card issuance landscape and identify opportunities for optimization. • Establish KPIs for our solutions and regularly assess product performance.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex technical detail and aggregate key points in a direct, impactful manner for non-technical and executive audiences. • 5 years + Product Management experience. • You place the customer at the heart of every decision you make. • Ability to clearly document and communicate product, technical and business requirements. • Deep knowledge of payment ecosystem and industry trends. • Ability to integrate change into complex operational/technical environments. • Strong negotiation, organization, analytical, collaboration and people skills. • Tenacity in your goals, insatiable curious for knowledge and passionate for celebrating success.
