While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent years of experience; Master’s degree preferred. • 8+ years experience with at least half of the following identity solutions: Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, HashiVault, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping. • 8+ years of experience in product management for IAM technologies with experience in financial services or similarly complex industries. • Proven ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision and roadmap for IAM products for IGA, PAM and AM in support of workforce users and use cases. • Experience developing cross-platform integrations to maximize return on investment between IAM toolsets (e.g. PAM lifecycle management with IGA). • Strong collaboration skills to gather, prioritize, and document IAM requirements, translating them into actionable product features and capabilities. • In-depth knowledge of the development and improvement process, with an experience in overseeing product development, particularly in IAM. • Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate IAM solution performance, security, compliance, and usability. • Proactive problem-solving to drive continuous improvement. • Excellent documentation skills in creating, maintaining, and updating documentation and training materials for IAM products. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment navigating ambiguity and demonstrating flexibility. • Effective communication skills to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, architects, and infrastructure teams. • Experience developing strategies to integrate IAM solutions with other cyber security domains and capabilities. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization. • Certifications for Identity Management such as: CISSP, CISM, IAM, CISPP preferred.
