• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules is required for this role! • Join a global community of experts and changemakers at Worldpay. • Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions to deliver exceptional value. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Work with the System Architect to design innovative solutions that address business challenges and align with strategic goals. • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations. • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM, including a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and customization options. • Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and managing backlogs by breaking down epics into detailed features and user stories. • Experience in designing innovative solutions with system architects, optimizing processes, and aligning improvements with strategic goals. • Excellent communication skills for updating stakeholders, managing expectations, and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Extensive experience in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, and participating in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards. • Experience with IRM - Integrated Risk Management in the ServiceNow Platform.
