• Assist with product strategy and development. • Analyze business processes and systems for improvement. • Document workflows and identify technology options. • Support product managers with backlog development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution implementation. • Guide product development and delivery aligned with client goals. • Resolve obstacles for product delivery teams. • Conduct business solution research and support product launches.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. • At least three (3) years in business systems analysis and design. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience using relevant software tools like SQL, Tableau, JIRA. • Minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience as a lead business analyst in system solution projects. • Minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience in developing and documenting process flows. • Provide at least two (2) references from previous engagements of similar size, scope, and type.
