Description

• Provide maintenance and operational support for Salesforce Orgs • Implement system enhancements and develop new applications • Manage all phases of Software Development Lifecycle • Perform release planning and execute code deployments • Use Agile methodology for enhancements and improvements • Support ad-hoc reporting requests and documentation • Assist in code analysis and security management • Support various testing types and issue resolution • Manage user provisioning and Salesforce upgrades • Enhance API integrations and develop new APIs • Provide comprehensive documentation and training resources • Organize knowledge-sharing sessions and feedback mechanisms

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in IT project analytical processes • At least three (3) years in business systems analysis and design • Bachelor’s degree in IT-related or Engineering field • Additional experience may substitute education on a year-for-year basis • Current references from previous engagements • Minimum six (6) years experience (desirable) • At least four (4) years in business system analysis and design (desirable) • Master’s degree in IT-related or Engineering field (desirable) • Technical experience with EDD system and interface (desirable) • Technical experience with Salesforce (desirable) • Certification in Salesforce Business Analysis (desirable) • Experience with Agile methodologies (desirable) • Familiarity with Salesforce tools (desirable) • Understanding Salesforce integration techniques (desirable)
