πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering agreed recognition targets and positioning the PTE suite of tests as the tests of choice within institutions. β€’ This role involves working with institutions to raise the profile of PTE and related testing products, building brand awareness, and demand for English language tests. β€’ Collaborate with ELL colleagues globally to drive activity between sending and receiving markets. β€’ Represent the interests of the US in product development and market information provision. β€’ Execute a tactical plan across higher education institutions to secure endorsement/use of the PTE portfolio. β€’ Build and manage relationships with university leaders to secure awareness and endorsement for PTE. β€’ Utilize sales skills to develop relationships with universities and colleges, demonstrating PTE benefits. β€’ Employ sales techniques to connect with faculty/staff daily. β€’ Position the PTE portfolio with key external stakeholders including education associations and recruiting agents. β€’ Showcase the PTE portfolio at industry events. β€’ Provide university support through workshops and seminars on English testing. β€’ Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting in OneCRM (Salesforce.com).

β€’ Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively to target audiences. β€’ Highly developed oral, written and presentation skills. β€’ Experience in building stakeholder relationships for commercial benefit. β€’ Good influencing skills and the ability to convince through personal credibility. β€’ Evidence of success in a sales role. β€’ Experience of working independently with strong organizational skills. β€’ Ability to travel. The role will require travel within the territory to meet with universities/colleges, attend events and other stakeholders. β€’ Determined/driven, proactive, polished. β€’ Thrives in an agile, changing environment. β€’ Computer and Microsoft literate & able to use a CRM system. β€’ Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.
