Description

• The Senior Program Manager will be a strategic player in the management of commercial and government customer contracts and programs. • Work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders and subcontractors. • Be a key liaison to the program customer. • End-to-end program management from proposal to end of contract execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in end-to-end project management (proposal through project execution and close-out) • Program Management experience with government and defense projects • Demonstrated program revenue growth and business development support • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and undefined environments • Strong communication and presentation skills to communicate and provide systems diagnoses and resolution for current systems • Ability to respect and maintain confidential, private, and sensitive information • Proven track record of excellence in PM roles • Ability to provide assessment of technical deliverables; resolves technical and resource issues • Able to effectively utilize Microsoft products (Project, Excel, Word) for program management • Ability for up to 30-40% travel to Tucson office as well as customer site/launch sites
