β€’ Worth AI is seeking a driven Enterprise Partnership Sales Account Executive. β€’ You will develop and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry. β€’ Shape the future by identifying partnerships that drive growth and create mutual value. β€’ Responsible for identifying potential partners and executing partnership agreements. β€’ Strong communication and negotiation skills are instrumental for successful partnerships. β€’ Work with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of partner solutions. β€’ Drive strategic alliances within the FinTech ecosystem, focusing on Private Equity firms. β€’ Ideal candidates have experience navigating the Private Equity landscape. β€’ Must have a background in FinTech and a proven track record of building partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in Enterprise Partnership Sales Management and Business Development roles within FinTech β€’ Proven track record of developing, managing, and closing a qualified pipeline within a portfolio of partners in a quota-carrying role, consistently achieving or exceeding targets. β€’ Experience working in small or mid-size startups β€’ Established relationships with private equity firms for partnership development β€’ Proven success in managing partner programs within the banking partner ecosystem β€’ Strong understanding of AI and its applications in the business world β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills β€’ Ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with strategic goals β€’ Experience in contract negotiation and agreement execution β€’ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders β€’ Analytical skills to monitor and evaluate partnership performance β€’ Experience in the computer software industry is highly preferred β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment β€’ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities β€’ Experienced in FinTech, AI or Data β€’ Experience with KYC, KYB, fraud identification or other data providers
