📋 Description

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs to support the frontend, ideally in languages like Node.js, Python, Go, or Java. • Lead the design and development of software systems and services that support our evolving product suite. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver impactful features. • Champion clean, maintainable code with appropriate test coverage. • Mentor and guide mid- and junior-level engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical discussions. • Help evolve our technical architecture as we scale, with a focus on modularity, performance, and reliability. • Take ownership of features from ideation to production monitoring and refinement. • Continuously improve engineering practices, agile processes, and team culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of building and deploying production-quality systems. • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, etc.). • Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, scalable architecture. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a growth mindset.
