Description

β€’ Provide support to customers primarily using live chat, but also over the phone and via support tickets. β€’ Serve as the first point of contact for customer WordPress questions and needs. β€’ Develop deep technical knowledge of open source technologies to deliver amazing digital experiences.

Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years of experience working in technical support or a customer service position β€’ Open source content management systems β€’ Knowledge of DNS and SSL β€’ Understanding of file systems and tools for remotely managing web content β€’ Knowledge of Linux Command Line β€’ Experience with StudioPress and/or the Genesis framework β€’ Experience with online Chat and/or instant messaging tools β€’ Previous phone support experience β€’ Understanding of core error codes associated with web hosting
