• Support initiatives related to capacity-building, governance, organizational management, and strategic planning. • Facilitate training and consultation sessions and serve as a subject-matter expert on governance-related topics.
🎯 Requirements
• Professional fluency in English (working language) and Arabic • 5+ years of professional experience in local development, leadership roles, research, or academia in governance context. • Prior experience in providing training/coaching • Strong communication and presentation skills • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to meet the time and availability requirements of council leadership
