• The Director, Brand Marketing will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing Wpromote’s overall brand positioning and strategy. • Drive the agency’s differentiated story in the market, value proposition, and messaging. • Conduct market research and collaborate with business unit leaders to define unique positioning. • Combine creative thinking and strategy to bring Wpromote to life through integrated brand campaigns. • Report to the VP, Content & Communications based in Los Angeles • Support a strong work-life balance through our policies and benefits.
• 5-7+ years of experience in B2B brand marketing or a similar role, with a focus on digital marketing and brand strategy • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred) • Proven track record of developing brand narratives and positioning and executing successful brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth • Experience leading collaboration with leadership to build specific go-to-market positioning • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including strong writing abilities and a deep understanding of visual narrative • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid media • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions • Creative thinking and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
