📋 Description
• Director, Brand Marketing at Caraway will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand and content strategies across key channels and touchpoints. • Responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and organic growth while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice. • Will lead the development and execution of brand strategies, content marketing, PR, events, and cross-functional marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and align with our core values. • Drive a holistic, connected brand experience and foster brand loyalty, community, and advocacy.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of direct brand marketing, content strategy, or related marketing experience • Experience within the consumer goods industry or a consumer-facing brand strongly preferred • Strong leadership skills; ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to lead through influence across diverse teams • Passion for brand storytelling and creativity with messaging that resonates with target audiences • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in home, lifestyle, and non-toxic products • Proven experience in developing and executing PR strategies, events, and multi-channel campaigns. • Resourceful, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Interest in home goods, design, and sustainability, aligning with Caraway’s brand mission • Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and comfortable developing and presenting to large groups, including executive management, either in person or over Google Meet • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively build consensus across teams • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, preferred
