📋 Description

• Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, we need an individual with a can-do attitude, outstanding organizational skills, and keen attention to detail. • The ideal candidate will have experience with digital media and be familiar with revenue and expense reporting as it relates to an agency organization. • The Junior Accountant is responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. • Responsibilities include processing vendor and client invoices, confirming the coding of invoices is correct, and confirming the payments applied to invoices are correct. • There are multiple vendors and client processes that need to be completed in a timely manner for month-end close. • The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $64,000 - $74,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate. • Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. • This position requires candidates to be located in the Pacific Time Zone, with a preference for those in the Southern California/Los Angeles area. • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. • Important Notice: Beware of Job Scams. • Wpromote recruiting communications will only be sent through our official channels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting or Finance • 2-3 years of accounting experience • Experience with NetSuite, Expensify, or similar ERP software • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills • Knowledge of GAAP and recent accounting trends • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities • Operational experience with a focus on process improvement and documentation • Positive, can-do attitude • Experience in an agency, digital media, or high-growth environment
