📋 Description

• Shape strategy. Drive performance. Lead innovation. • As the SVP of Paid Media, this role will spearhead performance, execution, and innovation across multiple channels, ensuring top-tier performance for our clients. • Overseeing cross-channel planning, buying, activation, and optimization, this role will drive measurable results while leading and developing a high-performance team. • With expertise in full-funnel, performance-driven media, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our media capabilities, pushing innovation, and maximizing efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of paid media experience in an advertising agency, with a focus on scaling teams and revenue growth • Strong expertise with full funnel media planning/activation, multi-channel experience (search, social, programmatic, retail marketplace, Linear TV, OOH, Radio, etc) • Deep understanding of performance media channels (Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, Snap, etc) • 8+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing large, distributed teams of 100+, with a strong track record in remote team management • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and respond to situations quickly • Effective time management and project management skills • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
