Description

• At Wrapbook, we're simplifying the most complex workflows in entertainment and creative industries. • As the Director of Product Management, Payables, you’ll lead our efforts to innovate Payables processes in industries where accuracy, precision, and customer experience are everything. • You’ll set the vision and strategy for Wrapbook’s Payables Group, including productizing union agreements via our timecard and payroll batching solution. • You’ll partner with Client Operations to ensure we have the right mix of automation and internal tools to calculate timecards accurately, with speed, and at scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of leading successful products in complex, regulated environments. • 7+ years of experience managing and mentoring product teams, including both ICs and managers. • Expertise in defining and prioritizing strategic roadmaps, with the ability to clearly articulate tradeoffs and focus on what matters most. • Familiarity with workflows like hours-to-gross (HTG), payroll processes, or similar systems involving accuracy and detailed calculations. • Outstanding communication skills—you can rally teams, influence stakeholders, and tackle tough conversations with empathy and low ego. • A customer-centric mindset, always advocating for delightful, impactful experiences that solve real-world problems.
