• Defining and communicating a clear product strategy • Leading a small team of 1-2 product managers • Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, business development and sales • Staying abreast of industry, competitive, and consumer trends • Identifying new & engaging products • Fostering effective cross-functional communication • Creating and prioritizing a product backlog • Developing detailed product stories • Launching high-quality features and products on time and within budget
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • 7+ years of experience in Product Management • Proven leadership and direct management experience • Strong expertise in managing the roadmap lifecycle • Sound knowledge of lean UX and agile product development methodologies • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Exceptional communication and cross functional collaboration skills • Prior experience with digital ad/marketing tech and digital commerce is a plus • Prior experience working with remotely distributed teams is desirable
