Description

Develop and execute the product strategy for our payment teams. Oversee the design and development of scalable money movement infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance teams. Stay ahead of fintech trends and competitors for product differentiation. Work closely with internal stakeholders for product alignment. Ensure all payment products comply with relevant financial regulations. Prioritize user experience in product design. Use data analytics to track product performance and implement enhancements. Manage relationships with payment processors and financial institutions. Collaborate with risk teams to develop strategies for minimizing payment fraud. Build solutions to track the companies financial transactions.

Requirements

5+ years of technical product management experience. Extensive experience with various payment rails (e.g., ACH, card networks, etc.) and their functions within fintech ecosystems. Strong knowledge of fintech products, digital wallets, payment gateways, and emerging technologies in the financial sector. Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement requirements. Comfortable with high ambiguity and conducting investigations to help remove ambiguity for the organization. Ability to dive deep and become the subject matter expert for payments at Wrapbook. Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate. Experience working with legal to interpret, communicate, and clarify regulatory requirements to cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in financial services, payroll, or other technically complex industry.
