Description

• You will report to both the HR Manager and Instructional Design Manager. • Administer HR policies and programs while maintaining employee satisfaction and compliance. • Create and implement employee relations policies to enhance job satisfaction. • Establish and oversee onboarding and training procedures for new hires. • Devise and maintain procedures for hiring and managing staff. • Assist with training needs of both HR and Instructional Design teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate studying, Business, Human Resources, or related field • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Discretion and confidentiality • MS Office and English proficiency • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
