• Wrike is looking for a Senior Business systems specialist who thrives on supporting internal customers. • Partner with Customer Success professionals to help them best leverage our tech stack (Salesforce, Workato, Vitally, Wrike) to manage their book of business, reduce churn and drive expansion. • Scope and deliver processes automations and technical projects from inception to maintenance. • Utilize industry best practices to configure and optimize Vitally and other customer success tools. • Closely collaborate with Salesforce admins, Backend team, and other engineering teams to ensure the alignment among systems. • Optimize existing business processes - collect requirements from stakeholders, brainstorm solutions, present suggestions and drive the implementation. • Create and maintain technical design documentation.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Customer Success Platforms (CSP) such as Vitally, Gainsight, PlanHat, or similar, including implementation, customization, and support • Proficient with integration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or Boomi • Experience with Salesforce, including flows, reports, page layouts and dashboards; Salesforce certifications are a plus • Understanding of Sales/CS Engagement platforms like Outreach and Salesloft • Proficiency in SQL, capable of writing complex queries for data analysis • Experience working with APIs and Webhooks • Great communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting internal customers
