Description

• Work in a user-centered design process to define interaction models and create valuable solutions. • Design and development of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Creation of wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications. • Active involvement in new client acquisition through creative design concepts and presentations. • Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers. • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, continuously improving user experience based on feedback and data. • Conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user behavior to inform design decisions. • Create and work with digital design systems, delivering impeccable files to front-end and back-end developers.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years' of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work. • Experience implementing design thinking and user-centered design approaches to map out user journeys to address customer needs. • Proficiency with key UI/UX tools such as Sketch or Figma, and a strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Experience with responsive design and working with design systems. • Proven knowledge of best-in-class UI design and UX practice for B2B, data-driven products. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Good time-management skills. • Fluent in German & English. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus. • Experience in client interaction and supporting new business development efforts.
