Description
• Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project. • Develop scripting logic for software applications when needed or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. • Tests, debugs, and maintains software applications. • Demonstrates an understanding of FIS systems and the financial services industry. • Writes technical specifications and other forms of documentation. • Suggests technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and systems. • Completes project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations.
Requirements
• General understanding of common systems architecture patterns • Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills • Strong understanding of SRE principles (SRE Certification preferred) • Experience with at least 3 of the below technologies: Kubernetes, Python, Linux, SQL, Splunk, Dynatrace, Oracle
