Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and stay motivated • Understanding of relational database, web technologies, and API development • Ability to communicate effectively • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Basic knowledge of billing concepts and systems • Ability to manage issue from report to resolution • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while continuously expanding your technical expertise on a regular basis
