📋 Description
• Provide first-level technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to client computers and software. • Investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate software bugs and technical problems as needed. • Develop and implement new features within the C# software platform. • Collaborate with the development team to improve software performance and usability. • Document technical issues, solutions, and development changes.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with C# and .NET development, either through schooling or work experience. • Experience with SQL or SQL-like languages. • Experience with networking and the Windows operating system. • Ability to work and communicate effectively with clients.
