Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role • Proven ability to lead and expand high-performance design teams • Strong understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, and user-centered design methodologies • Experience with Figma and familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience working in cross-functional environments • A balanced approach to decision-making • Strong organizational skills
