• FIS is a leading fintech innovator, empowering consumers and businesses with cutting-edge financial technology solutions. • Champion diversity and innovation to advance the way the world pays, banks, and invests. • As a Senior Product Designer at FIS, take ownership of design vision and execution. • Shape the future of banking products used by millions globally, driving creative and strategic design leadership across our platforms. • Facilitate product strategy discussions, road mapping sessions, and ideation activities to support business goals. • Collaborate with product leads and engineering teams to manage multiple design workstreams, from ideation to execution. • Design intuitive, end-to-end product experiences for financial products, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. • Utilize user research, data, and insights to inform design decisions, creating prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs. • Lead design sprints and planning sessions, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet high-quality standards. • Ensure consistency in design systems and frameworks, enabling reuse and scalability across the product suite. • Communicate the impact of design decisions within the project team and beyond. • Work through ambiguity, turning complex problems into clear design solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within tech companies or enterprise environments • Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in visual design, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering) to ship high-quality products • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools; familiarity with developer platforms such as React is a plus • Strong communication skills, able to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders across all levels • Proven track record of translating user research into successful product designs and delivering impactful web and mobile experiences.
