📋 Description
• Junior Account Manager position with Wunderdogs combines both Project and Account Management skills; • responsible for forging successful internal and external relationships, and maintaining smaller accounts; • Owning a portfolio of current small- and medium-size client accounts; Continually build on understanding and uncovering business goals; • Support and grow client relationships via regular check-ins and collaboration with client and production teams; • Prepare thorough and persuasive emails, SOWs, and other documents to drive client buy-in; • Negotiate client goals, constraints, and Wunderdogs resourcing and delivery standards to create detailed project plans; • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation for deals, client relationships, and projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Comfortable juggling multiple competing priorities and thrive in the fast-pace environment • At least 1-2 years of experience working in an agency -- account management or project management position • Experience delivering, defending and passing feedback for design and web projects • Outstanding written and verbal communication (English) • Comfortable with remote collaboration, including video chat, and remote collaboration tools like Google Docs and Slack • Outstanding collaboration and consensus building skills, working with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Willingness to take initiative and help with a variety of account service tasks • Ability to work at least 4-5 business hours in Pacific Standard Time • Interest in design, technology, innovation and digital trends
