📋 Description
• Assist the Client Success and Sales teams with administrative duties and client-related projects. • Organize and track client feedback related to feature releases, ensuring feedback is documented and shared with the support and engineering teams. • Compile and maintain reports related to various company initiatives. • Support with basic client inquiries about agreements, utilizing an understanding of the company’s agreement structure to address business questions effectively. • Help organize and maintain documentation for company processes, ensuring all materials are up to date. • Support the maintenance and cleanliness of the CRM database. • Review and compile meeting notes to gather and report on client feedback.
