Description

• Under general supervision and technical guidance, responsible for multiple functions to support enterprise applications • Perform application use case analysis to ensure application configuration meets business needs • Provide operational support and advise end users on application best practices • Develop documentation related to services, solutions, and applications • Engage regularly with vendors to understand application product release roadmaps • Validate, test, and implement solutions, new features, and functionality • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Work Experience: Relevant Experience (2 Years) • Skills: Business Solutions Design, Commercial Acumen, Communication, Contracts, Copywriting, Data Analysis, Data Capturing, Deadline Management, Decision Making, Digital Transformation, End User Services, Federal Grants Management, Information Technology (IT), ITIL Framework, IT Problem Solving, Large Group Presentations
