Description

• Provides leadership in role to direct and manage project work to ensure appropriate communication of project status, scope, and risk. • Manages the project process per standards and guidelines to facilitate the completion of projects within budget and schedule. • Builds and maintains working relationships with sponsoring organizations, stakeholders, team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. • Analyzes and selects appropriate project management methodologies to develop plans, assign roles and responsibilities, manage tasks and deliverables. • Tracks and monitors project and program health utilizing standard metrics for schedule, scope, budget, and stakeholder engagement. • Manages execution of project and program plans to support the ongoing needs of the IT department's customers. • Coordinates and facilitates lessons learned sessions for all projects, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education. • Relevant Experience (6 Years) • No specific certification is required for this position.
