• Design reports and analyze data for cost reports and reimbursement filings • Coordinate audits of cost reports. • Analyze data from all sources for accuracy and consistency. • Prepare reimbursement budget models and Uniform Report for the WV Healthcare Authority. • Verify and analyze interim rate calculations and final settlements by third party payors. • Maintain third party cost report software systems. • Review regulations and analyze reimbursement impact on the hospital.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, accounting, or finance • Three (3) years’ of experience in finance or accounting • Experience with Medicare Cost Reporting. • Experience with monthly deduction calculations
