🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin. • 5+ years of customer facing banking experience in private banking, private wealth, investment banking or commercial banking. • Professional or personal exposure to the crypto markets. • Track record of originating leads and managing existing relationships with customers in the financial services industry. • Confidence in orchestrating face to face and online meetings with customers and handling enquiries from prospects at industry events. • Track record of achieving KPIs/targets relating to conversion and AUM growth • Strong regional network in the financial services sector • A solid understanding of fiat payment rails and stablecoins. • A dedicated workspace. • A reliable internet connection with the fastest speed possible in your area. • Devices and other essential equipment that meet minimal technical specifications. • Alignment with Our Values and the Xapo Values-Driven Leadership principles.
