•Work from anywhere, impact everywhere. •The Account Manager role is an integral part of the Customer Success Team. •Responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of high net worth customer accounts at Xapo Bank. •Identifying leads, building relationships with customers, assisting them on all Xapo Banks products. •Ensure customers enjoy consistent support during onboarding and throughout their journey with Xapo. •Achieving a defined revenue target through retention of existing business and acquisition of new business.
•Fluent in English and additional languages would be beneficial. •5+ years of customer facing banking experience in private banking, private wealth, investment banking or commercial banking. •Professional or personal exposure to the crypto markets. •Track record of originating leads and managing existing relationships with customers in the financial services industry. •Confidence in orchestrating face to face and online meetings with customers and handling enquiries from prospects at industry events. •Track record of achieving KPIs/targets relating to conversion and AUM growth. •Strong regional network in the financial services sector. •A solid understanding of fiat payment rails and stablecoins. •A dedicated workspace. •A reliable internet connection with the fastest speed possible in your area. •Devices and other essential equipment that meet minimal technical specifications. •Alignment with Our Values and the Xapo Values-Driven Leadership principles.
