• Work closely with Software Engineers and Developers. • Create and deploy the USGS PISA tool. • Provide real-time updates on 3DHP Hydrology data projects. • Contribute to the PTS Product Tracking System. • Resolve any technical challenges. • Thrive in an Agile development environment. • Make significant contributions to public policy and environmental conservation. • Drive innovation and provide vital geospatial data.
Requirements
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related area. • 4-6 years of experience in software development or a related field. • Demonstrated Technical proficiency with Python, Django, PostGIS, AWS. • Experience with React.JS. • Knowledge of Data handling, related industry standard applications. • Additional desirable skills include: • Understanding of publishing services. • Building and running complex queries. • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, Terraform.
