📋 Description
• Als Junior Customer Success Manager spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Überwachung von Trigger-Ereignissen für ein Portfolio von 250 - 500 Kunden, die bisher kein Success-Paket in Anspruch genommen haben. • Aufgrund des Umfangs liegt dein Hauptaugenmerk darauf, Kundenaktivitäten proaktiv durch einen Tech-Touch-Ansatz zu überwachen, um Chancen zur Steigerung der Softwarenutzung zu identifizieren und gemeinsam Herausforderungen des Kunden anzugehen. • Dein signifikanter Beitrag umfasst auch die Verbesserung bestehender Trigger und die Einführung neuer Datenpunkte für ein tieferes Verständnis der Kunden in diesem Segment. • Durch die Nutzung von Automatisierung und proaktiven Checks sicherst du eine optimale Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Softwarenutzung und identifizierst Upsell-Möglichkeiten. • Dein Erfolg ist es, unsere Kunden vom Nutzen der Software zu überzeugen und möglichst langfristig zu halten.
🎯 Requirements
• Du besitzt einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, IT, Wirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbilding. • Du hast Erfahrung mit ERP Systemen oder konkretes Interesse an E-Commerce und Operationsmanagement im Handel. • Du bist organisiert, gewissenhaft und hast die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen. • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch. • Nice to have: Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit grundlegenden Web-Technologien, wie zum Beispiel Skripten, Datenbanken und SQL.
