• Wichtiger Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden • Sicherstellen, dass unsere ERP-Lösung den Bedürfnissen des Kunden gerecht wird • Geschäftsprozesse in die Xentral-Logik übersetzen, insbesondere im Bereich Teilelisten, Preise, Beschaffung und Produktion • Kunden während des Onboardings bestmöglich unterstützen • Verkaufs- und Produktanfragen auf strukturierte und priorisierte Weise sammeln
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in einem IT- oder technischen Fachbereich • Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Anwendung von ERP-Systemen • Starke Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und in der Umsetzung von technischen Lösungen, idealerweise im E-Commerce-Bereich • Proaktive und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweisen • Fähigkeit, in einem teamorientierten Umfeld zu arbeiten • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
